Volunteered Information: We will receive and store any information you, the "member" enter on the Web Site or give us in any other way that personally identifies the member to improve the member's experience at the Web Site, to get a better general understanding of the type of individuals visiting the Web Site, and to enable us to contact the member when needed.
 

Typically a member will provide information to Epic Marketing using our Web Site, but not limited to; the initial application process for Epic Marketing membership, for the purchase of additional products or services, when the member submits biographical information updates, instant messaging, text chatting, audio uploads, video uploads, polls or surveys, internal email transmission to other members, comments or questions for review by us.
 

Automatic Information: To enable us to provide content that users need and desire, we collect aggregated site-visitation statistics using cookies. Epic Marketing is not responsible for any financial information the member provides during the purchase of a Epic Marketing paid advertising listing, banner ad placement, or other purchases made using a 3rd party merchant payment service.
 

How we use member information: We use information for personal identification; to get a better general understanding of the type of individuals visiting and utilizing the Web Site; to allow the member to contact other members internally, rather than by personal email, to respond to your requests for purchases, comments, or questions; to improve your experience at the Web Site; to collect aggregated site-visitation statistics; and to alert you to product enhancements, special offers, updated information, and other new services from us. We also use information to alert you of subscription renewal discounts, to automatically renew your subscription and advise you of upcoming service offerings and events. By making application for Epic Marketing membership, the member agrees to the above and also agrees to receive email correspondence and updates from Epic Marketing and the Epic Marketing owned subsidiaries.
 

3rd Party Privacy Issues: Epic Marketing values your privacy as much as we do ours. We will not sell, trade, rent, loan or communicate your personal information, unless directed by court order.

Viewable Information on Epic Marketing Web Site: Member profile information submitted by the member to Epic Marketing for display on the Epic Marketing web site is viewable to the entire Internet. Your "Real Name" if requested, is held in our database and your "username" is viewable to visitors to your profile page. Any additional information, whether personal or generic that describes you will be viewable to others. Members are cautioned about including personal information, whether text, audio, or image on their Epic Marketing web site listing.. If you upload your personal information, you do so at your own risk..
 

User Safeguards: You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password, and any account information and computer against unauthorized users. It is important to sign off ("log out") and close the browser window when you have completed using a computer accessible by others.
